Notification Undissmisable (Stuck in Playing Status)

I have found an issue on the new Nougat Notifications.

It seems like, the notification goes stuck in playing mode (control buttons showing the pause simbol) if I pause playback and not play it after a while. If that happens, I must play the music, pause it, and then i am able to close the notification.

I think, this happens after an automatic system memory clean-up (or sort of). When phonograph is not used after a long time, the system would close it from background. And that might be the cause.
