Bad contrast in tag editor from main screen app

When in main screen, if click on tag editor, the current theme primary color will be in the background for editing tags, ok, but the pre-setted color font for the specifications on each line is darker, and it does not get a good contrast with the color
(putting an "if" for some colors, like indigo->gray/white, yellow ->black, is a good option)

It would probably be smarter to just adjust the colour of the line/hint dynamically, just like the main text colour is adjusted.
