Change between branches generate 'Unable to load library' #141

Description

When I change between branches, a lot of times library can't sync with Sketch. This provokes that libraries doesn't appears in library panels, so, you can't use it.

Version

Kactus: 0.3.25
Operating system: Mac OS X Catalina 10.15
Sketch 59 & 60

Steps to Reproduce

Change to another branch
Go to Sketch Preferences > Libraries
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't works.

Actual Behavior

Unable to load library appears.

Does restarting Sketch fix the links?

Yes, restart Sketch fix the links. Also disable libraries and enable it from Sketch Preferences fix the links

I think this issue is related with #139 and depends on the way of how export files Kactus-cli

Now, with Sketch 69 when the library is "unable to load" you can't uncheck and check again the library to enable

Now, restart Sketch app doesn't solve the problem
