Cancancan has https://github.com/CanCanCommunity/cancancan/blob/develop/docs/accessible_attributes.md which is awesome. Compony adds support for it in the branch https://github.com/kalsan/compony/tree/field_authorization but Cancancan has what I consider a bug and attempt to fix in the PR CanCanCommunity/cancancan#839

This issue is stalled until that PR goes through.
