Auras in combat only

Auras with the "only in combat setting" don't activate., even if i toggle the effect active and inactive, the token magic aura happens on the token but does not effect any other tokens.

It works perfectly when this setting is not ticked, however you warn about performance and so I'm worried for my players with lesser computers.
