优点

Mac 和 Windows 原生应用，速度快，占用内存小
log 图形做的不错，并且其权重也大
方便隐藏 branch，配上 git-flow 非常棒
非常方便查看某一个 commit 提交，非常方便 review
支持 isuess traceback，方便与其他平台追踪

缺点

没有 Linux 版本
不能将某一类的 log 独立的筛选出来（这可能和 fork 并没有将 log graph 的权重放在首要位置的缘故）
不是开源软件
