Currently, the requests are polled every minute. Could we have a higher frequency, say 15seconds? This is because the vaccines get booked in 1-2 mins.

I think it should be configurable. And the frequency should drop once the VACCINE AVAILABLE notification is sent and move the frequency back when the availability is low again. Can someone help on this piece?? FIY @kartikey54
