Error messages needed:

Needs a clearer error message (pop-up message) when trying to draw an area without first filling in all the fields in the tool.
Needs a clearer error message when trying to generate a report without having saved the drawn area
If drawing another polygon reusing all the same field values, state that values already exist, overwrite or change values (so as not to draw two the same)
