Nothing you find here is going to work with Catalina or several other versions of macOS that require a signed driver. You can find download links for both signed versions of 0.8 and 0.10 along with detailed instructions courtesy of https://binaryfruit.com/drivedx/usb-drive-support.
I am (attempting) to install SATSMARTDriver-0.8-Release and I (obviously have no idea what I'm doing) and get the following:
"This package is incompatible with this version of macOS."
I have read Killerovsky's response and comments on 1/28 and hopefully, this will provide enough info to help me get this installed.
