Add a new button in the Macro Editor and Open Display action editor

There is a request from ESS integrators to know in advance the macros to be set in the macro editor and Open Display action editor.

The suggestion is to have a new button (Add All) that will add the macro names of all macros of the embedded/to be opened OPI file, so that their value can just be added.
