Support for [topic] and [message] #11

It would be nice to extend the BBCode support to parse [topic] and [message]. This BBCode will link to a topic or message with given id.

Example:

[topic]5[/topic]
[topic=5]Click here[/topic]

[post]7[/post]
[post=7]Click here[/post]
