The PR here #32 switches out the alias to use the "{prefix}." wildcard index (eg "search2.") so that it will search everything under that prefix. Any new automatic indexes that get created will get searched without us having to do anything

I was thinking we can use a dedicated prefix for workspace objects ("search2"), and a different prefix for metadata like error and kafka message logging ("search2meta"). If we add elasticsearch data that is not workspace, that can go in another prefix.
