Sometimes it occurs that not all tasks are displayed.

To simulate the situation one needs to refresh the plan many times until he find out that there are no phases tasks, see below, when it works and when it does not.

  1. when it works:

The issue does not come from the server as the data is fetched (see picture below) but items are still not displayed.

I might be able to simulate the issue easily:

  1. I show tasks correctly:

  2. After disabling any legend value I get only red tasks visible (blue tasks disappear):

Moreover, @LaChope, to be honest, in case you are not sure where the issue is, I would start with the tickets (they are quite important as well and may give you inside of this issue):
