Feature Description

All of the KCP API's are still alpha. Let start to think about what is more stable and promote to beta

Workspaces - Sort out the mounts location
APIBindings/Exports PermissionClaims - we talked last time and started drafting stories - #3255
APIExports - need to deprecate URL in favour of Partitions and APIExportEndpointSlice - #3256 Some cleaning is being done to move forward with deprecation.

Need to think about others. We could do some of these to beta, but for v1 we for sure need whats above.
