SystemRequirements-Release2014b_SupportedCompilers.pdf
Just making a note of this here. I just installed MATLAB 2014b on my new Windows 10 machine. I installed the compiler package, but got a warning at the end of the installation that said that I need to install Microsoft Windows SDK 7.1 or equivalent to run the compiler. This SDK is not compatible with Windows 10 (see: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/officeocs/en-US/1de7c9b4-1feb-4c98-b426-f7f02cbafa99/windows-sdk-71-on-windows-10?forum=windowssdk). So for now, I'm not going to be able to compile GRNmap on my Windows 10 machine. We, of course, have plenty of Windows 7 boxes still around, but this is an argument for testing GRNmap with a more recent version of MATLAB.
