btrfs-progs: ci: clean up CodeQL workflow
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
Remove boilerplate text, reduce commends and keep only the links for
future reference. Add branch 'master' for on-push event. Remove
scheduled scans, it's run frequently enough on 'devel' push.
