Unable to set up new Keepkey, freezes at 'Label Your Keepkey'

I must have tried this 50 times. I managed to update the bootloader and firmware, trying to create a new wallet. I click 'Create a new wallet'. Next, it asks 'Label your Keepkey (Optional). No matter what I put in the field, or not put in the field, the mouse pointer turns into a white circle outlined in red, with a red diagonal line through it, and I can't go any further unless if I unplug and plug the Keepkey, or restart the Keepkey Desktop. Running Windows 10 LTSC.

Thanks for the response! However, I'm getting errors trying to go to the link you posted. It says it's not secure, then I get a message from OpenDNS that it's blocked for Pfishing. Do you by chance have another link?

Thanks again. The new link doesn't immediately give errors but eventually get a Gateway Timeout. I'm still trying but so far no luck.

I've tried multiple browsers, turned off VPN. disabled all script blockers. All other websites work. Cloudflare gives a gateway timeout, indicating the website is down.
