Add an archive option

When this flag (or option) is set, files that have been removed locally are moved to an archive location rather than deleted. The archive location would store the archived files by their hash, to avoid writing multiple copies of the same file, plus a marker file for each "removed" file indicating the original path, archived Dave and time and the hash of the file when archived.

This opens the possibility to recover an archived file.
