Maestro was unable to detect an issue found on linux-next for qemu ARM64 device.

This issue has been fixed by patching qemu.

Verify qemu ARM64 availability in Maestro labs
Enable qemu ARM64 platform in the Pipeline config
Update qemu Docker container image to use patched version
