Hi,
I've checked https://keybase.io/warp/ : it is a2067491ab582bde779f4505055807c2479354633a2216b22cf1e92d1a6e4a87 as you say.
I've also checked web/warp_1.0.9_SHA256_a2067491ab582bde779f4505055807c2479354633a2216b22cf1e92d1a6e4a87.html in this repo.
The result is the same a2067491ab582bde779f4505055807c2479354633a2216b22cf1e92d1a6e4a87.
So everything seems good to me.

How do you get 9f1096b8f1c3a2374fb81decd65ef3a0ba2120aef0a440ab67c3cb530a6ae407?
Could you compare the files with the different hashes to see, what is differs?
