Node.js 12 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 16: actions/checkout@v2, shivammathur/setup-php@6972aed899fa2dd4016a7e314c46e6902bcafb7b. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12/.

While we are at it, the following deprecations are being announced by npm:

npm WARN deprecated [email protected]: no longer maintained
npm WARN deprecated [email protected]: try optionator
npm WARN deprecated [email protected]: Please upgrade  to version 7 or higher.  Older versions may use Math.random() in certain circumstances, which is known to be problematic.  See https://v8.dev/blog/math-random for details.
npm WARN deprecated [email protected]: use universal-url, minurl, relateurl, url-relation

Are the npm deprecation warnings from broken-link-checker? That seems no longer maintained

node is updated but still uses deprecated packages, less urgent.
