"Install keyboard" button and its caption don't reflect the action being done after selecting a keyboard to be downloaded together with Keyman for Windows

On this page (see the screenshot above), it's expected that once a keyboard is selected, a Keyman for Windows version is expected to be downloaded together with the keyboard.

It now instead leads to the download page of the keyboard (see the screenshot below). Click "Download" there only get the keyboard package; no Keyman for Windows executable file.

Well, it does download both Keyman and the keyboard.

One issue that is confusing to me earlier is that the button and its caption are misleading. It says "install keyboard" and "Installs kbd.kmp for Windows on this device" which doesn't explain what's specifically being done here precisely.
