Add option to remember "disconnect" state after resume from sleep

This extension is great and i use it every day. Though when the laptop goes to sleep, after resume the manual disconnect state is lost and Wifi is connected again. Maybe a possibility can be added to remember the manual disconnect so it gets restored after a resume as well.
