Scrubbing/Timeskip no longer working?

I can no longer scrub videos or time skip using the plugin. It just does nothing.
I also have had the issue of playing a video while another is playing simply just stopping playback that others have been having.

Kodi version 19.0 on Ubuntu 21.04
Extension for Chrome on Win10

I Have the same problems, code looks simple, I'm away for a couple of weeks, but once I'm home I'll give it a shot if nobody has fixed it by then.
