Initial release

This release is about half-way to what I have in mind, which is why that this version 0.5.0 is the first release. With this release you get a usable template to begin coding Svelte with Pugjs, Coffeescript and Stylus. It's somewhat opinionated towards using it my way and with VS Code, but you can use any code editor you like with somewhat less features.
