running the tests

Hi! thank you for sharing the code. Just to let you know...
Just built v 0.10.0 as recommended and tried testing it (make test). The test stumbles on getting the sample data (there is no path to the tar file in cmake but even after providing the path it breaks again). I suspect it's just about getting directories right. Manually unpicking the tests and running them manually seems to work fine producing the right file in the end.
