SSH协议用于计算机之间的加密远程登录。本小节主要参考了阮一峰的 <a href="http://www.ruanyifeng.com/blog/2011/12/ssh_remote_login.html">这篇日志</a> 。

ubuntu下似乎都自带 <code>ssh</code> 命令了，windows下一般使用 <code>PuTTY</code> 这个软件。
</p>

<p>
ssh登录命令格式如下:

其中ssh默认的端口号是22，你可以通过 <code>-p</code> 来指定其他端口号。这里的username是远程计算机的用户名，这里的host是ip地址包括局域网的192.168&#x2026;之类的。

具体第一次用ssh命令登录会提示你输入密码，这个密码不是远程计算机的登录密码，而是连接密码。可以不设置。如果设置了对于终端登录似乎影响不大，后面设置公钥登录之后仍会不需要输入密码就会登录了，但如果通过python的paramiko模块进行ssh登录，那么还需要一些额外的配置，这块这里先略过，在python的paramiko模块那里做进一步的讨论。

<p>
默认情况下ssh登录远程终端是需要输入远程计算机的密码的，你也可以通过一种将自己的公钥上传到远程计算机的方法来实现不用输入密码来登录之。首先你需要生成自己的公钥:

ssh连接远程主机，然后要执行某个长时间的命令任务，如果你有一段时间没去管那个终端窗口了，ssh连接就可能会自动中断，终端之后远程的相关进程也会被kill掉。这是会返回什么 <code>Broken pipe</code> 错误。
</p>

<p>
一个简单的解决方案是在远程主机上执行某个命令，然后这个命令前面加上 <code>nohup</code> 这个命令，类似下面这种格式:

更好地解决方案是在远程安装（ubuntu下用apt-get安装之） <code>screen</code> 这个小工具，然后在远程通过screen命令来开启一个执行某个shell命令的全屏窗口（这样其就不会被自动关闭了），哪怕你本地的那个终端窗口关闭了，远程主机相关进程还是会在那里运行的。screen命令常见的用法有:

ftp协议(File Transfer Protocol, 文件传输协议)是用于在网络上进行文件传输的一套标准协议。sftp命令是基于ssh命令来进行上传和下载文件的。本小节参考了 <a href="http://codingstandards.iteye.com/blog/985744">这个网页</a> 。

sftp命令的使用有点类似于ssh命令:

这样就将试图连接那个远程主机，sftp的可选参数和ssh命令的可选参数有一些类似，但又有所不同。比如端口设置选项是大写字母P <code>-P</code> 。进入sftp&gt;提示符之后，有一些命令可以用，其中最重要的两个命令是: <code>put</code> ， <code>get</code> 。

put是上传文件，get是下载文件。如果在顶层python程序中，指定好文件名，是不需要了解其他的命令的。不过下面这些命令读者可以稍微了解一下，比如pwd，查看远程服务器当前目录，cd，更远远程服务器目录，ls，mkdir等。然后类似的还有lpwd，查看本地系统当前目录，lcd更换本地当前目录和lls，lmkdir等。

flock命令可用于linux系统中管理某个bash脚本中的某段代码在一个时间段内只有一个进程存在，也就是通过一个文件来设置锁的技术，称之为文件锁。最常用的文件锁，也是flock命令默认的模式就是排他锁模式，这种情况下该锁文件别人既不可读也不可写；此外还有一种什么共享锁模式，此时别人是可以读的同样不可写。共享锁和排他锁的区别 <a href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11837428/whats-the-difference-between-an-exclusive-lock-and-a-shared-lock">这个网页</a> 介绍得很好。

这是另外一种很常用的形式，这里的-w选项设置了一个等待时间，比如你开了第一个进程之后，第二个进程会等待1s，获不得文件锁就将exit 1 ，注意这里exit 1之后只是flock这行命令退出了，后面的echo命令还将继续执行，这通常不是我们期望的行为。所以后面一般再加上或逻辑然后再执行exit 1，这就退出整个flock这个执行代码了。

这样测试的结果是，第一个进程占有文件锁之后，后面的进程都试探一次之后就会退出，然后flock代码块后面的代码是都会执行的。

这里的 <strong>lsof</strong> 命令倒不是专门为了查看端口号而设置的，其完整名字为list open files，也就是列出系统当前打开的文件的意思。由于在linux系统中， <span class="underline">一切皆文件</span> ，所以通过查看打开的文件信息能够获得很多有用的当前系统运行情况的信息。下面内容主要参考了 <a href="http://www.ha97.com/1029.html">这个网页</a> 和 <a href="http://www.oschina.net/question/12_145479">这个网页</a> 。
