Add ability to "poll" for changes

Current solution is to publish comment-list view as a vendor resource and then add the following to the top-level div:

<div wire:poll.visible.5s="$refresh">

Would be great if some of these polling options could be controlled as part of the Filament plugin inside of the resource itself, i.e.:

Comments::make()->poll('5s', onlyWhenVisible: true)
