Export step is not completed #3734

The export step may not be completed even though the export has been carried out. Messages appear in the log file that script_deleteSymLink failed. The script failed because the link didn't exist.

Goal: The script should ignore it if the link doesn’t exist and should not run in that case.

This may have something to do with #3448 and/or #3671.

The question is: why is this or any other script is executed on export? If you did not define any script or a similar action (read / write image directory, etc. pp.) no script should be executed in any way.

Maybe read or write images was set. It’s not forbidden. It shouldn’t crash anyway.

@matthias-ronge: Does the problem still persists? In the SLUB Dresden, i think, it currently works. Is it related to:

I think this problem is caused by Kitodo − Command module gets stuck if script produces too much output, described in #4899.
