Make catalogue search for creation of children processes configurable

Problem

When children processes are created from parent processes, two option can occur:

1. manual entry of data for children processes as for example processes for periodical volumes
2. import from another interface via "catalogue search"

Currently, the window for the "catalogue search" is shown per default and has to be closed in case 1. See #3966.

Solution

For the usability, the "catalogue search" window should not be shown per default.
However, it must be configurable, for example in the kitodo_opac.xml, that the "catalogue search" is shown for specific interfaces.
