Livestream Service Suite 1.0

The first official release of Livestream Service Suite is now here!

With this 1.0 Integrated Presenter now has all the features required to control the switcher for services - no additional programs for config required!

Additionally, Slide Creator has had some minor improvements in its error generation. This should help a bit when trying to understand when the service doesn't compile.

Integrated Presenter v0.2 Release Candidate

Release candidate for integrated presenter.

This alpha for 0.2 now includes Slide Drive Video mode and a (somewhat) improved mock target.

Note: Integrated Presenter requires the latest LSBgenerator to produce the slide deck since slidenames now have meaning.
The new slide naming style is still backwards compatible with Amature Presenter (soon to be deprecated).
