To be clear, the cert itself is not revoked. It is a fake status code returned by the vulnerable driver block feature introduced in the ealier version of Windows 10 and 11.

I have that disabled. It has been revoked.
It's just that the CRL wasn't checked or enabled by default till Windows 11 22H2.
Windows 11 22H2 enables checking by default, and you can alter it as shown here.
