' This form of the Nokia32 protocol is used for short key presses (single action)
' by some devices.
'
' The Device, Subdevice and X values must all match those from the decode.
' If the original learn was a short enough press then it would decode as two
' seperate Nokia32 signals that differ only in their X values (same device,
' subdevice and function), and those X values differ by exactly 128.
' In that case, the X used here must be the X from the first part of the
' decode.
'
' If a learn of a very short original press does not fit the above description
' then this is the wrong .irp file.
'
' A single Pronto Hex string cannot represent both the short press and medium to
' long press range of this protocol. This .irp file represents only short presses
' and the Pronto Hex will act like a short press regardless of actual press
' duration. The regular Nokia32.irp file can be used for non short presses and
' can acceptably reproduce the behavior of medimum to long presses, but can't do
' short presses.
