Should be able to delete a comment

The component does not allow a user to delete one of its comments.

I made a PR to add the feature (see #55)

And I also made a built branch for yout to try it : https://github.com/KleeGroup/focus-comments/tree/atlas-tmp-with-delete

You can upgrade the package.json of Atlas to start testing it. New required option are described in the PR #55

You'll need to manually delete your focus-comments folder within the ./node_module folder on your computer and on the two build agents. Otherwise it won't retrieve the new package.
