fast mesh-mesh distance calculation ( expose btGjkPairDetector )

An enhancement request...
It would be really something if bullet's fast mesh-mesh distance computation method, btGjkPairDetector [1] would be wrapped. This is an indirect way of asking how I could expose those classes in boost-python-bullet. Perhaps it would be interesting to add such a description to the wiki?
