UDP over TCP

Hi,
Im using naive on windows with nekobox
I think something is wrong with naive and nekobox
whenever im using naive on TUN mode I cant use some programs like discord and dota 2
discord struggles to connect to channels and in dota 2 I cant connect to any servers

I have noticed that there is no UDP over TCP option in nekobox's naive plugin.
is there any fix for this problem?

You can make a PR and let's see what it looks like. I need to look at rfc9298 and singbox's existing implementation. Just looking at it takes time.
