It seems to me that the current specification for 1.0 is missing support for running multiple versions of Knative event processors?
In future wha should happen when upgrading to when clusters are upgraded from 1.0 to 1.1 (or 2.0)?
At minimum I think we need ot have reliable way to detect version of KE (and cloud events) supported for event processors?
Something like detecting Knative version during HTTP options in data plane?
