dpkg-buildpackage - error, how to solve this problem?

At the outset, I would like to point out that I am not an advanced user, I use the installation guide (Installation section).

Everything goes fine until "dpkg-buildpackage":

How to solve this problem?
I have OpenWebRX installed on Raspberry Pi 3B - image uploaded from .img from the project website.
