Auto-mongoimport for new experiments

When an admin user selects an experiment, the mongo size of the experiment is checked and if the size is 0, mongoimports are initiated automatically

Could we use file modification time to check if the mongo data changed? Then auto-import.
During the import a notification should be displayed to the user.
Also, something i did not got working yet, show the progress of import in the browser
