Cannot save external sd card image after crop edit #237

Steps to reproduce:

view image stored on external SD card, and tap on edit
crop image
tap 'Done'
tap 'Save'
screen returns to 'Done' button screen and edited image is not saved

EDIT:
I can save an edited image from the external SD card if I use the 'Export' option and select the location with the stock file browser.
