When you have an image open in App, then switch to camera and take a picture.
Image changes depending on how many photos taken.
So if you were looking at image A, all of a sudden images switches to image C when you return to app.
This might also be the case if you delete photos, copy photos to same folder you are looking at, etc.
(Delete might be noticeable if you delete photos more recent than the ones viewing, did not test)
