kratix dependency on minio s3 access for their use case prevents good cloud experience

kratix catalog item was built for k3d so this is a known limitation, but it's problematic that you can't install it to the cloud without minio. we'll want to talk through this use case internally.

Thank you for keeping this in mind! Our users tend to depend on s3 (or the specific cloud equivalent). I wonder if that can be built into this?
