this should include a discussion around versioning of templates, these will pull from gitops-template repository upstream as a tag. so if the user is on 2.6.0 and wants to update to 2.7.0 we should accommodate this in the gitops repo path with /$k1-version/$cloud/workload-clusterto allow for multiple versions of templates. this might also need to include a /$k1-version-next/$cloud/workload-cluster for users that are adding to their templates from the gitops catalog. discussion to be had with engineering for this
