[BUG] [RULES] False positive on EJB XML Tag: non-xml-technology-usage-02000 and windup-discover-ejb-configuration #658

Current Behavior

The EJB XML tag gets applied for the Bean, Java EE and Connect categories.

Expected Behavior

The EJB XML tag shouldn't appear associated to these applications, as no EJB technologies are being used (these are Spring Framework and Spring Boot applications)
