Solves konveyor/kai#360

This first version of the script creates N applications randomly chosen between https://github.com/abrugaro/tackle-testapp-public and https://github.com/WASdev/sample.daytrader7, and runs analyses on them. Once the analyses are complete, it updates the branches with one that contains fixes for some of the raised issues, and then reruns the analyses.

To run the script, auth must be disabled in Konveyor.

The script allows new applications to be added easily, and currently supports only one iteration of changes per application (2 branches)

Usage: popultate-konveyor.sh <required> <options>
Auth has to be disabled in order to execute this script
-h help
Required:
  -u <URL>/hub
Options:
  -b base name (Test)
  -n count (10)
  -o output
