用户代理/user-agent 设置有误 #12

根据aria2c的文档，https://aria2.github.io/manual/en/html/aria2c.html
user-agent/用户代理，对应的是http下载的用户代理
而bt下载对应的识别符是peer-agent。设置中把user-agent设成bt，还不让改....

这是网上流传甚广的一份aria2c配置文件传开的错误，导致就没几个用对的

直接在设置页面把用户代理改了，长度限制 64，但只要把前端的 maxlength 改了好像就没啥影响了。但是要提交两次才生效，第一次提交了，aria.conf 变了，但设置并未生效。
