New German hyphenation patterns (#356)

These are new German hyphenation patterns from http://projekte.dante.de/Trennmuster/
The patterns were created out of approx 490`000 German words.
These patterns consider only major seperations (Haupttrennstellen), so that there is not too much hyphenation.

For my taste this pattern yields to a much better reading experience than the "old" ones from LibreOffice (which IIRC were created from older TeX patterns).
