nmap 7.31: cannot link executable #8

I get that error when running nmap 7.31 arm .. CM11 Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo

user@deace:/ $ su
root@deace:/ # nmap
CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE: cannot locate symbol "signal" referenced by "nmap"...
root@deace:/ #

I had the same problem with 7.12 in CM13. Solved by using 7.25.
