I'm hoping this will stimulate further discussion... This seems to be a great project, however I must admit to being very frustrated at being unable to get the necessary "Cloud" plugin to register at all, despite trying all the options (except PNP, as I don't ever use this and it's disabled on the Router). If a port forward is setup on the Router to the local https port, or an NGINX Reverse proxy (with a valid certificate) is setup to the insecure local port, a 401 unauthorised error keeps being displayed in the logs:

Maybe this is the solution, but it seems to have worked for me. I setup a custom domain, then also added a port forward to port listed in the cloud plugin settings. I was then getting the 401 error that everyone else was getting. But then I clicked the "login" option at the top left (tiny little link under the title of the plugin) and that redirected me to the cloud login, which I did, which then looped me right back to my local instance and it appears to be working now. |
