Arduino installation damaged version 1.0.3 OSX

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download from http://ardupilot.com/downloads/?did=44 (Arduino 1.0.3 OSX)
2. Unpack in folder of choice
3. Run Arduino app

What is the expected output? 
Arduino Program

What do you see instead?
Error dialog
 Arduino is damaged cannot be opened. Place this to garbage bin. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Developer Tools Arduino 1.0.3

OSX Mavericks 10.9.5
